BSNL unions hold protest

A day long dharna was organised by the unions and associations of BSNL against the government for making a new tower subsidiary company of BSNL and appointing an IAS level officer as CMD of BSNL Tower Corporation Limited.

A day long dharna was organised by the unions and associations of BSNL against the government for making a new tower subsidiary company of BSNL and appointing an IAS level officer as CMD of BSNL Tower Corporation Limited. Dharna was organised as a joint call of all unions and associations of BSNL against appointing IAS officer. The leaders of all unions and associations showed a deep concern over the move of government and express this as the first step towards strategic sale of BSNL and raise the demand of taking back the step of making new tower company from the BSNL.
