The PCR staff of the UT police have nabbed a person while carrying 50 boxes of liquor in an Ertiga car without permit.
According to the police, the PCR staff intercepted the car, bearing a Punjab number, on the road separating Sector 19 and 27 while carrying 50 boxes of liquor on August 18.
The car was being driven by Gaurav of Sector 8, who failed to show the required permit to carry the boxes of liquor. He was arrested and later released on bail. A case under the Excise Act has been registered at the Sector 19 police station.
