Young Progressive Sikh Forum honours 23 children



Chandigarh, October 17

The Young Progressive Sikh Forum (YPSF) honoured 23 children for creative and innovative work during the lockdown.

Punjab minister Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi, Rajinder Singh, Chairman, Wave Group of Companies and Jasbir Singh Dimpa, MP, attended the event.

Sodhi advised the YPSF to start such a programme for finding sports talent in the state and also announced a prize of Rs 1 lakh, Rs 50,000 and Rs 31,000 for the top three winners, respectively. Prabhleen Singh, president, YPSF said more than 400 entries were received out of which, 23 winners were declared. — TNS
