Vivek Atray, former IAS officer and a motivational speaker, stressed on the need of importance of creativity, effective communication, calmness, integrity, gratitude, empathy and emotional intelligence in a student’s life.

Atray was interacting with the first year students of the Chandigarh College of Architecture (CCA) on Thursday. He shared some of his favourite anecdotes to inspire the students to become good human beings. “Integrity is how you decide to act when there is no one watching. No one crosses a red light when a traffic policeman is watching,” he said.

The session was followed by question-answer round.
