Sonepat, February 11

A 72-year-old farmer from Moga district died at the Singhu border today. Heart attack was suspected to be the reason for his death. The deceased was identified as Hansa Singh of Said Mohammad village at Dharamkot in Moga district of Punjab.

His associates said Hansa had come to the Singhu border 76 days ago. He went out of his tent this evening and fell down. They carried him back, but he was dead. They informed the family members of the deceased.

Kundli SHO Ravi Kumar said the body was sent to the General Hospital, where postmortem examination would be conducted on Friday.
