The District Magistrate (DM) DC Rana today banned the entry of poultry and its products into the district for seven days.
He directed the police to maintain special surveillance at all entry points so that poultry and poultry products from outside could not be brought into the district.
“The prohibition orders have been issued as a precautionary measure under the guidelines by the government”, the DM stated.— OC
