Cabinet orders transfers of 36 IAS, KAS officers

The Cabinet which met here under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Mufti Mohammad Sayeed today ordered the transfers and postings of 36 IAS and KAS officers.

Raj Kumar Goyal, under orders of repatriation from the Centre, has been posted as Principal Secretary, Home Department.

Dheeraj Gupta has been posted as Commissioner Secretary, Relief and Rehabilitation Department. He is also Chief Executive Officer, project monitoring unit, World Bank project. Asgar Hassan Samoon has been posted as Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir. Navin Kumar Choudhary, under orders of repatriation from the Centre, has been posted as Commissioner Secretary, Finance Department. Gazzanfar Hussain has been posted as Commissioner Secretary, General Administration Department (GAD).

Hirdesh Kumar has been posted as Secretary, Technical Education, Youth Services and Sports. He is also Administrative Secretary, Information Technology Department.

Mohammad Ashraf Bukhari has been posted as Commissioner Secretary, Agriculture Production Department. Vineeta Gupta has been posted as Officer on Special Duty in the GAD. Satesh Nehru has been posted as Secretary, Animal and Sheep Husbandry Department. Mandeep Kumar Bhandari has been posted as Secretary, Health and Medical Education Department.

Nirmal Sharma has been posted as Director, J&K Institute of Management, Public Administration and Rural Development. Khurshid Ahmad Shah has been posted as Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj. He will take charge as Administrative Secretary, Department of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj, on May 31. Saurabh Bhagat has been posted as Secretary, Consumer Affairs and Public Distribution and Tribal Affairs Department.

Hilal Ahmad Parray has been posted as Secretary, Cooperatives Department. Dilshad Khan has been posted as Commissioner of Enquiries. Tsering Angchok has been posted as Excise Commissioner.

Ajeet Kumar Sahu has been transferred and his services placed at the disposal of the Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board for his appointment as Chief Executive Officer. Salma Hamid has been posted as Vice-Chairperson, Srinagar Development Authority. Yasha Mudgal has been posted as Director, School Education, Jammu.

Simrandeep Singh has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Jammu. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary has been posted as Deputy Commissioner, Udhampur. Parvez Iqbal Khateeb has been posted as Transport Commissioner. Aijaz has been posted as Deputy Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat.

Showkat Ahmad Zargar has been posted as Director, Technical Education Department.

Ali Raza has been posted as Secretary, Tribal Affairs Department. Mohammad Hussain Malik has been posted as Secretary to the Chief Minister. Jahangir Mir has been posted as Director General, Youth Services and Sports.

Mohammad Saleem Shishgar has been posted as Special Secretary, Social Welfare Department.
