Ajay Kumar (45) was killed when a tractor-trailer hit his scooter and ran over him.
In a complaint to the police, Dhiraj Kumar, son of the deceased, said his father was going on duty on his Activa scooter (PB-10GM-9370) on Thursday when a speeding tractor-trailer, bearing the name Randhawa Farm, hit his vehicle near the Ganda Nullah in Vishnupuri and trampled him. The police have booked the tractor driver, identified as Chameli, and efforts were on to arrest the accused.
