Narinder elected Punjab State Chess Association chief

Ludhiana, June 22

A new team of office-bearers of the Punjab State Chess Association was elected during the annual general meeting of the body held today.

After the meeting, BK Mehta, District and Sessions Judge (Retd), announced the names of the office-bearers and wished them good luck.

Narinder Singh from Amritsar was elected as president while Jalandhar’s Jagjit Singh Cheema will be the new secretary. Ludhiana’s Vikas Sharma was named vice-president.
