In such a situation, the only entrepreneurs coaching institute, Indian Institute of Learning and Development (IILD) will come to the rescue. The institute has been conducting training and consultation programme for SMEs entrepreneurs since the past five years.

The IILD is providing effective guidance for the past five years to more than 1,200 entrepreneurs.

To enhance the popularity and success of their programme —Speed Plus, IILD founder Pravin Dariyani addressed small and marginal entrepreneurs of Ludhiana and gave important tips. He said the problems of small and marginal entrepreneurs who contributed more than 45 per cent to the GDP of the country were increasing without proper infrastructure. He said the quality manpower was not interested in joining SME enterprises.

The IILD team is getting good response from the entrepreneurs of Ludhiana. The team of IILD, under the guidance of Dariyani, is working on more than 50 projects. Dariyani himself provides consultation to entrepreneurs for various problems related to their trade and commerce.

Dariyani said, “The objective and target should be clear. The sales team of the company must be strong. How one item can be sold at hundred places, how the supply-chain management should be properly studied. The outflow is not in your control but you must decide as how to take the inflow in auto mode.”

He said the training programmes conducted by the IILD provided proper help to entrepreneurs for further development. During the training programme, we train the participants to keep pace with the changing time and to give new heights to your trade, commerce, profession.
