KHAMANO: The Lord Rana Foundation Trust (UK) in collaboration with the Care and Cure Foundation will organise a one-day national conference on “Well being and health: Impact of environment and lifestyle change on public health in India” at the Cordia College, Sanghol, on August 11.

The Lord Rana Foundation Trust (UK) in collaboration with the Care and Cure Foundation will organise a one-day national conference on “Well being and health: Impact of environment and lifestyle change on public health in India” at the Cordia College, Sanghol, on August 11.

Lord Diljit Rana, MBE, Member, House of Lords (UK) and chairman, Cordia Group of Educational Institutes, Sanghol said conference aims to link one’s own personal health status to specific geographic factors which provide a powerful set of information that medical professionals can use to improve the quality of care they deliver. 

Urmil Verma, executive Trustee, Cordia Institutes-cum-Director Lord Rana Foundation said motto of the conference is “Working together - Achieving more” and “ Better health for all”. 

A number of national and international dignitaries, including doctors, clinicians, scientists and academics will deliberate on issues concerning environment and life style, especially among children and young adults. The participants will address issues to spread awareness and educate rural masses.
