Ludhiana, January 12
A yoga session was organised at the local Sports Authority of India Training Centre (STC), Guru Nanak Stadium, here on Wednesday. The session was held to celebrate the National Youth Festival under the Khelo India programme of the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports to encourage youths to take part in indigenous games.
Jasbir Singh, centre in-charge, other coaches and staff, attended the session. Ravinder Gupta, a yoga instructor, performed some ‘asanas’. — OC
