2 bikers killed in accident
Fatehgarh Sahib: Two youths riding a bike were killed when an unidentified vehicle hit their bike on Sirhind GT Road near Cheema Haveli. The deceased have been identified as Anshu Chopra (21) of Kotkapura and Himanshu Sharma (19) of Paonta Sahib. ASI Amarjit Singh said a case had been registered against the unidentified driver. OC

Muktsar: Four days after the killing of a Dera Sacha Sauda follower at his shop in Bhundar village here, the police are still clueless. Notably, Charan Dass was shot dead by two unidentified motorcycle-borne assailants on Friday evening. He was out on a bail in a sacrilege case. Locals protest water shortage
Sangrur: Lehra residents on Monday protested shortage of water in the city. They said they had been facing water shortage for the past many months, but the authorities had failed to take action.
