Deputy Speaker-cum-MLA from Malout, Ajaib Singh Bhatti, would unfurl the national flag at the Independence Day function in Muktsar on August 15.
Earlier, Cabinet Minister Vijayinder Singla was scheduled to arrive here for the I-Day function. However, a change has been made as per the fresh orders issued by the state government.
