Meeting hours of top officers fixed for Maghi Mela

MUKTSAR: To ensure that those coming to the District Administrative Complex regarding any personal work do not face any harassment during the Maghi Mela, the district administration has fixed the public meeting hours of top officers.

Muktsar, January 4

To ensure that those coming to the District Administrative Complex regarding any personal work do not face any harassment during the Maghi Mela, the district administration has fixed the public meeting hours of top officers.

Deputy Commissioner MK Aravind Kumar will remain available in his office for the public from 11 am to 1 pm on Monday and Wednesday.

Similarly, Additional Deputy Commissioner (General) Dr Richa will remain present in her office from 11 am to 1 pm on Thursday and Friday.

Further, Assistant Commissioner (General) Veerpal Kaur will be available for the public in her office from 11 am to 1 pm on Tuesday.

As there are some villages which share their boundary with Haryana and Rajasthan, located even about 60 km away from the district headquarters, this step has been taken to make it convenient for them. — TNS
