Boxing Coaching Centre, Sector 42, claimed the overall trophy on the concluding day of the 42nd Senior Boxing Championship at PMLSD Public School, Sector 32, on Sunday. 

The Sector 42 pugilists scored 42 points to claim the title. The team of Sri Guru Gobind Singh College, Sector 26, claimed the second position by scoring 18 points, while GGDSD College, Sector 32, claimed the third position.   Vipin defeated Rohit Kumar to win the 49kg category title. In the final of the 52kg category, Mewa Singh defeated Mansoor, while Vikas won the 56kg title by defeating Vijay. In the 60kg category, Rohit Kumar blanked Vishal. In the final of the 64kg category, Sachin defeated Devashish. Gurpreet won the 69kg category title by defeating Neeraj. 

In the 75kg category, Shubham defeated Aditya, while Sanjay won the 81kg category title by defeating Lokesh. Sawan Gill won the 91kg category title by defeating Vishal. Sagar beat Mohit to win the 91+kg category title.
