As many as 13 candidates have complained about less time being given in the Assistant Central Intelligence Officer (ACIO) entrance exam that was held on Sunday at DAV Senior Secondary School, Sector 8, Chandigarh.

The issue pertains to Room No. 39. The exam was to start at 10 am. It was a one-hour exam on general aptitude. About 13 candidates said that the exam started 15 minutes late but no extra time was given.

“We argued with the school authorities for about one-and-half hours. There were 100 questions and were to be completed in one hour. But we were given lesser time,” said Palwinder Singh, a resident of Patiala, who was one of the candidates.

But principal of the school Vibha Ray, who was exam superintendent, dismissed the allegations as baseless.
