Haryana issues relieving order of new UT DC

CHANDIGARH: The Haryana Government has issued a relieving order of Mandip Singh Brar, a state-cadre IAS officer of the 2005 batch, to join as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC)of the UT.



Chandigarh: The Haryana Government  has    issued a   relieving  order of  Mandip Singh Brar, a state-cadre IAS officer of the 2005 batch, to join as the new Deputy Commissioner (DC) of the UT. The  Chief Secretary, Haryana, issued the order today.The three-year tenure of  Ajit  Balaji  Joshi as the UT Deputy Commissioner is about to end on  October 29. — TNS

Dengue stings 4 more in city

Chandigarh: Four fresh case of dengue and one of malaria was reported in the city on Tuesday. For the past few days, around three to four cases of vector-borne diseases are being reported every day. A dengue case each was reported from Sectors 41 and 51, Burail and Mauli Jagran.
