Missing school boy traced in two hours

CHANDIGARH: The Chandigarh Police traced a 8-year-old boy who reportedly went missing after his school hours on Tuesday.



Chandigarh, May 21

The Chandigarh Police traced a 8-year-old boy who reportedly went missing after his school hours on Tuesday. 

The boy, identified as Mayank, is a Class III students at Ajit Karam Singh School, Sector-41-B. 

The police were informed about the missing student around 3.15 pm.

Four teams were constituted and in less than two hours, the boy, a resident of Phase 3B1, Mohali, was traced by the police from near Sector 41/42 roundabout. The boy was handed over to his mother Monika. — TNS

Kharar boy found

Kharar: A nine-year-old boy, who went missing from his house on Tuesday morning, was traced by the Kurali City police and handed over to his family. Kurali City SHO Sandeep Kaur said the boy left his house after he was rebuked by his parents. The police swung into action and the boy was traced near Gurdwara Sahib, Dusharna, and handed over to his family members safely. — OC
