Chandigarh: A two-day 32nd Regional Youth Parliament Competition was organised by KV 3 BRD AFS Chandigarh at the Harjinder Lecma Hall. KV Amritsar Cantt (I), KV Jalandhar, KV Sector 31, KV Patiala (I) and KV Pathankot (I) participated in the meet. KV-31 claimed the first position.

The event ended with chief guest’s speech that inspired the students.

NSUI members join ABVP

Chandigarh: A major faction of former NSUI members, led by Anant Chaudhary, former state NSUI president joined the ABVP. Anant Chaudhary said: “ABVP’s nationalistic approach inspired us to join the party.” Parwinder Singh, ABVP PU secretary, said the newcomers were welcome.

Orientation at PU dept

Chandigarh: The Centre for Police Administration, PU, conducted an orientation to introduce the students of MA first year to the centre. The speakers included Kaustubh Sharma, DIG, Special Task Force; Jeesu Jaskanwar Singh, Department of Education, USOL; and Anil Monga, Centre for Police Administration. TNS
