In a major breakthrough, the Delhi Police has busted a baby-selling racket with the arrest of 10 persons and rescued five babies here.
A 24-page charge-sheet was filed in a city court against the 10 accused on November 14 under various sections of IPC pertaining to kidnapping, trafficking, forgery of record of court or of public register and the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act, the police said on Sunday.
