CM must desist from misleading outsourced employees: Dhumal

HAMIRPUR: Former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today said Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh must desist from misleading outsourced employees in the state.

Hamirpur, February 16

Former Chief Minister Prem Kumar Dhumal today said Chief Minister Virbhadra Singh must desist from misleading outsourced employees in the state.

He said the draft for outsourced employees was prepared during the BJP regime. He said if the Chief Minister had any sympathy for outsourced employees, he should have done it four years ago.

He said the Chief Minister’s announcement was politically motivated as he had scrapped the committee that was constituted to regularise outsourced employees in the state.

Dhumal said the Chief Minister had lost control on bureaucracy and development process in the state was put on halt. He said apple orchardists were being deprived of facilities as apple flowering season was about to start and anti-hail guns were yet to be installed in many regions.

He said good snow had given good hopes for a better apple crop but the indifferent attitude of government machinery could spoil the show. — OC
