The boys’ teams of Dehradun and Mussoorie will clash for the title in the final of the 10th Sub-Junior Under-14 State Basketball Championship. Both teams won their semifinal matches played at The Doon School here on Thursday.
In the first semifinal, Dehradun beat Haridwar 38-11. Manish scored the highest 16 points for Dehradun. In another match, Mussoorie beat Nainital 16-9. Aryan scored the highest 8 points for the Mussoorie team.
In the final match in the girls’ category, Dehradun defeated Mussoorie by a huge margin of 31-5 points. Prerna scored the highest 10 points for Dehradun.
