REASI: The week-long Pir Panjal Knights Premier League-2014, which included cricket and kho-kho championships, concluded here today with the Reasi Royal and Reasi Girls emerging winners in the respective events.

The week-long Pir Panjal Knights Premier League-2014, which included cricket and kho-kho championships, concluded here today with the Reasi Royal and Reasi Girls emerging winners in the respective events.

In the final, Reasi Royal defeated Romeo Rocket by five wickets while Reasi Girls got the better of Rajouri Eves by 9 points in the kho-kho final.

The valedictory function was held at mini sports stadium Reasi in the presence of officers from the Army and district administration and prominent citizens.

The scintillating display by the Army Band and the provoking skit on the “Swach Bharat Abhiyan” by the Jan Jagran Manch from Kalakote enthralled the audience.

Lt Gen KH Singh, General Officer Commanding of the 16 Corps, was the chief guest on the occasion.
