Khanduri for linking of roads with highways

Major General BC Khanduri (retd), MP from Pauri Gharwal, in a letter sent to Union Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari demanded repair and linking of different routes with national highways in the state.

He said the 49-km stretch of the road between Buakhal and Devprayag on the National Highway-199 should be connected with the Devprayag-Gaza route on the National Hinghway-58.

He said the Pandukeshwar-Nagchulakhal-Ufarkhhal-Baijjro route should be developed as a connecting route between the National Hinghway-97 and the National Highway-121. Khanduri said Simli, Tharali and Gwaldham routes should be connected with the National Highway-97 and the National Highway 309-A.
