AHMEDGARH: The three-day Sixth One Village Open Football tourney was inaugurated at Anand Isher Senior Secondary School at Chhapar village near here today.

Ahmedgarh, February 24

The three-day Sixth One Village Open Football tourney was inaugurated at Anand Isher Senior Secondary School at Chhapar village near here today.

Anil Aggarwal, Chief Executive Director, Shrayans Industries Limited, inaugurated the event. Ravinder Puri, former president, Municipal Council, and Guga Peer Trust patron Jatinder Sharma Happy Baba ji were the guests of honor.

Arvind Maavi, president of the Ahmedgarh Sports Club and Welfare Society, said 24 teams had qualified for participation in the tournament. Pakhowal, Narangwal, and Cheema village had won their respective matches on the inaugural day.

MLA Iqbal Singh Jhoondan felicitated outstanding performers.
