 Instant app for better property search

News Corp-backed realty portal Makaan.com has introduced an instant app, compatible to Google's Instant Apps, to offer better property search experience to customers. With Makaan Instant App, an android user will now be able to experience the ease of Makaan App without actually having to install it on his/her mobile phone, the statement said. “The usage of mobile phones for transaction purposes has seen a huge surge in India. We have also observed that more than half of Makaan.com’s web traffic is on mobile browsers,” Ravi Bhushan, Group CPTO, Housing.com, PropTiger.com and Makaan.com said. Hence, he said it was imperative to invest in a technology like Instant Apps to ensure the best customer experience for all. The portal has over 5,00,000 listings on the platform across 50 major cities, including Delhi, Mumbai and Bengaluru. PTI

Tricity-based Sushma Buildtech has announced the launch of Sushma Crescent Phase 2  in the vicinity of Sushma Square in Dhakoli. According to company spokesperson this will be the project will have a rooftop clubhouse, sport zones for golf, cricket & basketball, lounges & decks for pool parties.  “The group plans to announce 50 lakh sq ft in residential and business spaces in the next one year in Punjab and Himachal Pradesh. It aims to start the delivery of 2.6 million sq ft in a few months”, shared Prateek Mittal, Executive Director, Sushma Group.TNS
