After backing JJP leader Dushyant Chautala in Delhi, former state Congress president Ashok Tanwar on Wednesday extended support to INLD leader Abhay Singh Chautala in Ellenabad Assembly segment of Sirsa district.
The Ellenabad candidate visited Tanwar’s residence in Sirsa. After a meeting, Abhay, accompanied by Tanwar and his wife Avantika Maken Tanwar, interacted with mediapersons. Tanwar said he had decided to support Abhay in the election. He said he would address a public meeting in Abhay’s favour in Ellenabad on October 19. — TNS
