Kullu Deputy Commissioner Yunus Khan has received Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Innovation in Governance Award (KIGA) 2018.
Human Resources Development Minister Upendra Kushwaha, Textile Minister Ajay Tamta, and Dr D Pagidipati, professor, Harvard University, US, presented him the award at a ceremony organised at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi today.
The event was organised by Dr APJ Kalam University. He was awarded for providing effective services to people for Rohtang permit and launching gokullu.com website to facilitate visitors in Kullu and Manali. — TNS
