Martyrs’ memorial in a state of neglect

A martyrs’ memorial constructed by Panun Kashmir in 2006 on the banks of the Chenab to remember people killed by militants since 1990s is in a state of neglect. No end to stray cattle menace

Stray cattle in Gorkha Nagar are creating lot of problems. Though a few people have dairy in the locality, some outsiders leave their cows and buffalos open. Is a civic issue bothering you? Are you agitated over the lack of concern? Is there something heartening that you feel needs to be highlighted? Or a picture which in your opinion ought to be seen by many, and not just you?
