NHM employees suspend strike

Doda: The striking National Health Mission (NHM) employees suspended their strike on Sunday. Demanding regularisation of their services, the NHM employees were on strike since January 14 last.



Doda: The striking National Health Mission (NHM) employees suspended their strike on Sunday. Demanding regularisation of their services, the NHM employees were on strike since January 14 last. Senior leader of NHM employees Fazan Ali Tramboo said, “We have suspended our strike till March after an assurance from Governor Satya Pal Malik due to the present situation in the state. We are going to join duties from Monday.” Kishtwar Deputy Commissioner Angrez Singh Rana said, “We had prepared a list of 276 employees for termination, 11 employees had joined duties on Saturday. However, the employees have called off their strike now.” OC
