When Preity got angry

Preity Zinta, who is back on silver screen with Bhaiaji Superhit, was recently asked about her take on the #MeToo Movement. However, looks like Preity’s comment  has been taken out of the context and the actress looks quite disappointed. Preity took to social media and lashed out at the journalist for editing her interview on #MeToo Movement in a controversial way. She tweeted, “I’m really surprised & upset that journalists like @iFaridoon take an interview & edit it to sound controversial for better traction.”

During the interaction, Preity had said, “I think it’s important that this whole #MeToo Movement has started, but it is also important that women use it for the right thing because there are men and women who would use position of power for their advantage. There is a small percentage of women who are using it and they’re diluting the movement, but there are also women who have gone through all this and we have heard so many stories in the industry.” She was further asked if she has ever experienced any kind of bad behaviour in the industry, to which she replied, “No, I haven’t, I wish I had.” With this, Preity meant that if someone had tried to misbehave with her, she would have beaten him up! The Kal Ho Naa Ho actress had to clarify this statement, as she is being trolled on the social media. Twitterati has been lashing out at her saying it’s a very silly comment!
