Surinder Duggal, president of the Punjab Chemists' Association, said in case, the government failed to decide anything about the drug policy in one month, on October 16, they would go on strike for one day and even then if the government fails to take any positive step, they would be forced to go on indefinite hunger strike.

"Members from all the districts will go to Chandigarh and sit on indefinite hunger strike.
