District Lawn Tennis Tourney from August 18

The inaugural edition of the Ludhiana District Lawn Tennis Tournament will be held at courts outside the multi-purpose indoor hall, opposite Guru Nanak Stadium here from August 18 to 20.

While giving this information about the tournament Pardeep Kumar Sharma, president of the Ludhiana Lawn Tennis Association, said the competition in the Under-12, Under-14 and Under-16 categories in addition to the open category would be organised during the three-day tourney.

“Players who are interested in the tournament can get themselves registered for their entries between 9 am to 6 pm at courts outside the multi-purpose indoor hall, opposite the Guru Nanak Stadium, on August 16 and 17,” he added.
