A street play entitled ‘Bharati Janta Toye Ch’ (Indians caught up in Ditches) was staged on the campus of Guru Nanak National College Doraha today.

This was especially organised to commemorate the

International Youth Day in the college. The play was directed by Dr Sompal Heera, the programme officer of NSS in the college, which especially brought forth the social issues such as drug addiction, female foeticide, unemployment and poverty.

The students showed their active involvement as the whole college gathered in the front of Dr Ishwar Singh Memorial Hall to observe the play being staged.
