BAGHPAT: In a shocking incident, a youth lost both his legs after being allegedly pushed off a moving train by unidentified men near Bawali halt here, police said on Tuesday.

In a shocking incident, a youth lost both his legs after being allegedly pushed off a moving train by unidentified men near Bawali halt here, police said on Tuesday.

Ankur, a second year Bachelor of Arts student, was thrown off a Delhi-bound train yesterday, they said.

Police said that both the legs of Ankur, whose condition was stated to be serious at a district hospital, were amputated.

An FIR has been lodged under relevant provisions of law and a manhunt launched to identify and nab the accused. — PTI
