Drug officials survey pharma companies

Abohar: A team of drug officials inspected pharmaceutical firms, transport companies and courier services and checked their records. The  move followed reports suggesting that medicines from other states were being marketed in Punjab without valid drug licence and invoices. The officials told the firms to ensure that each parcel carrying medicines was supported by valid documents. TNS
