Khaira: Amarinder behaving like BJP spokesperson

Talking on the ban on pro-Khalistani group Sikhs for Justice (SFJ), Punjabi Ekta Party leader Sukhpal Khaira today said Capt Amarinder Singh was behaving like a spokesperson for the BJP.

Khaira said the issue of Referendum 2020 was being resurrected for past several years — even though the real 2020 issue was depleting water. He said five Punjab cities would run out of water of the total 21 in India as per the Niti Aayog report. He said his party would hold a dharna outside the CM’s house on July 22 for the non-review of Akali-tenure power purchase agreements by the Congress and flow of water into Pakistan. —TNS
