Spring Blossoms School concluded its annual function here on Sunday. The title of the annual show was ‘An awakening’, highlighting that there was no shortcut to success.
Students aged 3-6 years presented a dazzling and vibrant show, mesmerising the audience.
The two-day event was marked by four shows, each presided over by different chief guests. Inaugurated on Saturday, the function was attended by Rituparn Namdeo, Joint Commissioner, Income Tax. It was presided over by MC Commissioner Komal Mittal in the afternoon.
The second day witnessed Mayor Karamjit Singh Rintu and GST Deputy Commissioner Balwinder Singh Dhaliwal in the morning and afternoon shows, respectively.
Karamjit Singh Rintu said that such shows inculcated values. He praised the management and staff of school, applauding their efforts. He appealed to the city residents to become responsible citizens by keeping their vicinity clean, green and free of pollution.
Principal Anupama Mehra said, “The youth of today need to be readied for the global stage to make them thinkers, inquirers and confident enough to take to the world stage and compete with the best brains worldwide.”
