Actress Shilpa Shetty, who has been in news since July for not so good reasons, on Wednesday flew to Jammu to seek blessings of Vaishno Devi.

Before returning to Mumbai from Jammu on Thursday night, she shared glimpses of her Vaishno Devi trip on her Instagram profile.

The actress visited the shrine with her friend Akanksha Malhotra.  In one of the pictures that Shilpa shared from there, she is seen sporting a bright orange kurta and a tilak on her forehead.

In a video shared on her Instagram story, she can be heard chanting 'Jai Mata Di', 'Jai jaise mata ki iccha' while riding a pony to the temple. She also shared picture of a drive and a sun set.

Shilpa’s husband Raj Kundra is currently in jail and was arrested by the Mumbai Police in July in a pornographic clips on mobile apps case.
