CM pays tributes to Rewari’s braveheart

REWARI:Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar paid tributes to Sepoy Hari Singh Chauhan of the 55 Rashtriya Rifles, who lost his life in an encounter with terrorists at Pulwama district in Kashmir on Monday, at his native Rajgarh village here today.

Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar paid tributes to Sepoy Hari Singh Chauhan of the 55 Rashtriya Rifles, who lost his life in an encounter with terrorists at Pulwama district in Kashmir on Monday,   at his native Rajgarh village here today. 

While addressing mediapersons, the Chief Minister said he had also once faced the wrath of stone pelters in the Kashmir valley and had a tough time saving his life. 

The Chief Minister said he would request Prime Minister Narendra Modi to find an amicable solution to the problem of stone pelting. 

  Khattar said brave soldiers from Haryana had always made supreme sacrifices for their motherland whenever required. “We are proud of them,” he said. 

The Chief Minister said a financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh had already been given to the martyr’s family. Khattar said the martyr’s widow would soon be provided a government job.
