IED seizure: 2nd accused sent to police remand

Kurukshetra, August 6

The special task force (STF) of the Haryana Police today produced Robinpreet Singh, the second accused held in connection with the recovery of an IED, in a court that remanded him in 10-day police custody.

Robinpreet was held by the STF from Tarn Taran on Friday and brought to Shahabad in Kurukshetra for further investigation.

STF DSP Aman Kumar said, “The accused was produced in the court. During his remand we will get more information about others who were involved in the case. We are conducting raids to arrest his two more accomplices.”
