Dharamsala: The Tibetan diaspora has donated Rs 5 crore to the PM Cares Fund. Outgoing president of the Tibetan government-in-exile, Lobsang Sangay, said the money had been raised by Tibetans across North America, Europe, Australasia, Taiwan, India, Nepal and Bhutan. “The contribution is a token of the Tibetan people’s deep gratitude to the government and people of India

who have provided a safe haven to Tibetan refugees for decades,” he said. — TNS
