Pictures of Karan Johar and Kajol on the sets of ‘The Kapil Sharma Show’ surfaced on the internet recently. While Kajol looked pretty in pink, Karan was seen sporting his signature style and printed jackets.

Apparently the filmmaker was presented with a scenario in which he becomes the Prime Minister of Bollywood and assigns key roles to B-town celebs.

He started with the Health Ministry and said it would go to Akshay Kumar as he "is the fittest person in the industry."

Next came Varun Dhawan's turn who the filmmaker insisted would handle Ministry of Social Media.

"I know his handles are managed by him and not his team. I can tell from the grammatical mistakes he makes," he added.

Then came Kareena Kapoor Khan's turn. Karan said she should handle Ministry of Gossip Affairs. Making quite the revelation, he said: "She wakes up and calls her PR team for the day’s gossip. Then, she calls me up to confirm them”.

If we need to broadcast the news, we should give it to Ranbir Kapoor. “He’ll have it published in the papers in two days", he added.

Moving on, he gave Ministry of fashion to Sonam Kapoor for obvious reasons and reserved the House Party Minister profile for himself. "I can handle this," he said.

Close freind Kajol however called him the Show-Off Minister, too which the filmmaker said: “Am I a showoff? I am so down to earth that I am talking to you.”

On the work front, Karan will soon return to the director's chair for ‘Takht’. It is the filmmaker's first historical. The film traces the relationship between Mughal Emperor Aurangzeb and his brother, Dara Shukoh.

While Ranveer Singh will be seen playing the idealistic Dara, Vicky Kaushal is the self-obsessed, tyrannical ruler Aurangzeb.

The film also stars Alia Bhatt Anil Kapoor, Bhumi Pednekar and Kareena Kapoor Khan.
