Ludhiana, September 16

The 64th Ludhiana District Schools Roller Skating Championship for Boys and Girls concluded at the Leisure Valley Skating Rink, Sarabha Nagar, on Sunday.

Around 150 participants (U-11, U-14, U-17 and U-19) competed in this three-day championship, organised by the District Education Department. Road races were held on the final day, during which participants went all out to outperform each other to finish among position holders.


Final day’s results

  • Quads road race (boys U-11): 1st Amitoj Singh of BCM School, 2nd Vardaan of Guru Nanak Public School and 3rd Nishaan Pannu of Sacred Heart Convent School.
  • Quads road race (girls U-11): 1st Gumannat Kaur of Guru Nanak Public School, 2nd Harita of Kundan Vidya Mandir and 3rd Yadvi of BCM School.
  • Quads road race (boys U-14): 1st Daksh of BCM School, 2nd Armaan of Delhi Public School and 3rd Gurmehar Singh of Guru Nanak Public School.
  • Quads road race (girls U-14): 1st Ekrit of Sat Paul Mittal School, 2nd Berti of Guru Nanak Public School and 3rd Anmolpreet Kaur of Guru Nanak Public School.
