Special train from Delhi to Katra from Aug 10-15

To clear the extra rush of passengers and pilgrims intending to visit the holy shrine of Mata Vaishno Devi, Katra, the Northern Railways will run a special 04409/04410 Delhi Junction-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Delhi Junction train from August 10 to 15.

The 04409 Delhi Junction-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra Express Special Train will depart from Delhi Junction on August 10 and 14 at 9.10 pm to reach Shri Mata Vaishno Delhi Katra at 11.30 am the next day. In the return direction, the 04410 Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Delhi Junction special train will depart from Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra on August 11 and 15 at 1.30 pm to reach Delhi Junction at 3 am the next day.

Comprising of one AC 2-tier, two AC 3-tier, 10 sleeper class, four general class and two second class-cum-luggage van coaches, the 04409/04410 Delhi Junction-Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Katra-Delhi Junction Express special train will stop at Ambala Cantt, Ludhiana, Pathankot Cantt, Jammu Tawi and Udhampur stations en route both directions.
