Punjabi singer Sardool Sikander died at a private hospital around 11.55 am on Wednesday. He was 60. He was admitted to the hospital on January 19 in a “very serious” condition with complaints of low oxygen level. Sikander, a diabetic, was recently treated for Covid-19 and had undergone renal transplant in 2016 and percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty in 2003. — TNS
