Bathinda shop owner wins Rs 2.5-cr Basakhi bumper lottery

Bathinda, April 20

Roshan Singh, a shop owner of Mehraj village in Bathinda, has won Rs 2.50 crore in Basakhi bumper lottery. Roshan said he had been trying his luck for the past 34 years and had always been purchasing the state government lottery since 1988. —
