Mahila Manch blames government for poor condition of schools

DEHRADUN: Kamla Pant, Central Patron, Uttarakhand Mahilla Manch, has cornered the Congress-led state government for the poor condition of government schools in the state.

Dehradun, March 2

Kamla Pant, Central Patron, Uttarakhand Mahilla Manch, has cornered the Congress-led state government for the poor condition of government schools in the state.

She said the state government should take steps to improve condition of government schools and its buildings.

Addressing mediapersons at a press conference, she said the manch members would stage a protest in support of their demand.

She said the state government should tighten noose around public school operators.

Nirmala Bisht, Seema Dobhal, Shanti Negi, Sumitra, Sarojini and other members were also present.
