A man allegedly set his wife on fire after she tried to stop him from drinking alcohol at Pakki Tibbi village here.
The condition of Maya Devi is said to be critical and she has been referred to Faridkot for further treatment.
Her husband Tinku, a grocery shop owner, has been booked by the police. The couple has three children.
